• Assisting producers with converting ADR and video files, pulling down episodes/dailies and converting them into our proxy. • Responsible for editing cut scenes from dailies, overcut spots/trailers, quality checking and posting spots/trailers for clients via WireDrive, PIX, and Box • Running phones and occasional runs for groceries, studio runs, picking up/dropping off drives for editors/copywriters.

-Reading scripts and writing coverage for writers to join Activision projects -Making runs for lunch and shopping for groceries -Occasionally sat at reception to welcome guests and roll calls

-Reading scripts and writing coverage for projects that Aggregate may want to produce -Occasionally making runs for office supplies, lunch, etc. -Sat in as temporary assistant to two of the executives, would roll calls and greet guests, offer them drinks

-Attended Post Production sessions for a litany of current WB and Horizon TV series, including ADR, Loop Group, Mixes, and color timing, and titling for final credits -Sorted through editorial packages and verified all the contents were up to date, including tracking down Music Cue sheets from the Music Department -Archived editorial packages in an online database -Filed contracts and timecards from previous seasons for ease of access -Keeping up with all the new shows and content being prepared for the upcoming season -Assisted in general office duties such as answering phones taking messages, scanning and copying, going on daily runs, etc.
