-Produce client status reports and briefing materials -Secure media opportunities in trade, consumer, business media and other outlets -Research reporters and media opportunities (editorial calendars, speaking opps, industry events, etc.) and provide industry-relevant news and research to teams and clients -Write pitches, bylines, speaking opportunity abstracts, client communications, social copy, etc. -Assist in creation of media plans based on key metrics and industry projections -Organize volunteer opportunities for office -Train and manage workload for office interns

-Create full event plan for Rainbow Reception and Pride Prom: celebrations for LGBTQ+ graduates (100+ attend) -Design and implement marketing materials including posters, social media posts, and event programs -Organize event budget, and coordinate with vendors -Create and execute post-event analysis and survey

-Create, schedule and publish promotional materials including flyers, video content, social media posts, etc. -Work with local businesses and talent to arrange giveaways and interviews, scheduled weekly -Communicate with bands and industry professionals, and conduct interviews live on-air or pre-recorded -Manage social media calendar and delegate weekly tasks on social platforms to Promotions Team -Organize and DJ campus and community events including Ithaca’s Applefest (over 35,000 attendees - -Emcee main stage and organize all festival giveaways and promotions) -Coordinate seasonal drives and volunteer activities

-Recruit and coordinate schedule for 80+ volunteers for the CTB Tent at Grassroots Music Festival -Create master schedule for all volunteers and manage all logistics at festival from check-in to work assignments -Design and post flyers and posters for recruitment; distribute all necessary materials to volunteers and managers

-Write press releases and blogs posts for musicians; help to develop industry voice and promote visibility in LA area -Research music industry and social media trends, competitors, press outlets, and new artists -Assist on photo shoots and photo editing -Develop social strategies and monitor client social presence

-Edit and issue press releases to media outlets and assist in festival promotional copywriting -Manage all social media accounts during festival; schedule posts on screenings and festival events -Coordinate press junkets and screening rooms; field requests from press and handle all on-site inquiries

-Assist with production design, wardrobe, and makeup -Assist with continuity of costuming and special effect makeup -Act as body double when needed

-Assist Production Designer with set creation: help to build and design set pieces pre-production -Work on set to assist Production Designer: transport materials, build set, run errands as necessary, act as a resource for any team needs
