Including content for their digital publishing channels, subscription service, and television block on Audience Network. − Staffed and managed the in-house video department; consisting of 25 creatives, producers, post production, and talent. − Worked directly with the CEO and CMO to develop the creative direction of Fullscreen as a digital publisher. − Lead a cross-platform video publisher with 500k engaged users and 10 million+ weekly views where I personally wrote, directed, and produced over 50 pieces of content.

− Developed, wrote, and produced eight episodes of this unscripted television comedy. − Field produced multiple episodes on locations around Southern California. − Created and produced original short form digital content to promote the series online.

− Developed and produced all show content and digital extensions for 40 episodes. − Oversaw the writers room and stage directed the production for the full series. − Worked closely with the Senior Director of Current to develop the pilot into a series.
