Worked with talent, escorted talent from holding area after registration to the casting leads, kept talent hydrated, helped set-up/break-down for event, coordinated with staff to help make sure event ran smoothly, saw to the needs of the production leads

Obtained release signatures for all on camera appearances and took notes for easy reference, made runs, helped scout interview locations, assisted director/cameraman/sound as requested, took initiative to anticipate team needs, was in charge of petty cash for the crew

Helped with and anticpated the needs of the event director, dealt with talent, helped get vip credentials to vips as needed, dealt with vendors and helped get them set up

Was brought in to help build production bays and furniture for the production office, made runs as needed, loaded unused furniture/equipment onto moving truck, took items to and loaded them into storage

Helped prep set, props, adjust lighting, made runs, assisted director played an extra in the shoot
