ALWAYS working on several shows at the same time (anywhere from 5-15) -Running Post Production meetings, communicating the technical specifications and workflow protocols to all departments -Content Management: See that media gets to all necessary departments for promo use -Content Delivery: Delivering shows (to spec) to the NOC -Hardware Management: Overseeing the use and care of the machine room, including Decks, ISIS, Quantum StorNext, LTO, Cinedeck -Archive: Oversee the archiving and adlotting of all shows

Editor for multiple on-air promos as well as the BET online series "What's at Stake" (www.bet.com/whatsatstake). Also the sole Assistant Editor/Media Manager for the entire BET News department for 2 years, including live shows. Handled project importing, organization, mastering, QC, export, delivery, lay off to tape & archiving
