Administrative duties including: Answering phones, responding to emails, paying bills, all new employee paperwork, payroll, training new employees, Running financial reports, creating new hire documents and training packets. Recruiting: posting jobs on several different job boards and processing each applicant carefully. I am very comfortable recruiting and interviewing potential employees.
Summary
My current position as office manager has provided me with experience to grow with any company. I am eager to assist and manage at a company that provides growth opportunity and a healthy team-work environment.
