Oversaw and collaborated on the generation of creative concepts inoffice and with the network Executives. •Oversaw, managed, and onboarded a growing staff including Line Producer, Production Manager, APs, interns, and writers, from interviews to hiring, deal negotiation, and contracts. •Analyzed and revised, $3 million budget and 12-month schedule; managed trade-outs and requests to network for additional budget. •Managed the purchasing of cameras, gear, computers, sharing and VFX systems. •Handled international, high-risk insurance policy, including Workers’ Comp and E&O. Oversaw Production Manager on the coordination of calendars, talent, office move, and prep for international travel, including vaccinations, visas, and permitting. Ran title search and legal opinion and prepared appearance, location and other releases.
