I am an Event Tech for Vox Productions. Duties include sound set up, building stages, electrical runs, Rigging, Lighting, as well as doing some art and design for displays attractions etc.

Assisted stage manager with off site pick ups, Carted talent and other crew around Warner Brothers lot, camera op for some behind the scenes shots, organized assigned parking, office work Etc.

Load Out team, in charge of directing Executive cars to pick up Golden Globe guests, directed traffic for company equipment pick ups.

Set up production office and dressing room areas, did runs when needed, decorated stage with confetti and streamers, made sure crowed stayed festively decorated with confetti, rotated walkie check out duties ect.

Vox productions (my main source of work) built the entire event. My main focus was on building the haunted house and doing camera, sound, and light rigging for the House and some in the main event tent.

Maintain craft service tables for prod. office main control room and producers room, used personal vehicle to retrieve talent and producers from airport and hotels, operated shuttles for off site parking, operated large trucks and cargo vans, gathered rented equip to be returned etc.

Load Out team, in charge of directing Executive cars to pick up golden globe celebrity guests, directed traffic for company equipment pick ups.

Directed talent to parking and escorted them to trailers, set up extras holding area and made sure everyone was processed through make up, kept track of stunt doubles, assisted in scene set ups, verified that all extras filled out paper work and collected from those that had not.

Set up production office, Receive TPT deliveries, move orders where needed, use van to pick up equipment, crowed management, set up and maintain crowed holding areas, set up food table for crowed, decorated stage with streamers and confetti, worked with talent services to create guest badges for talent guest lists.

Ran basic essentials such as tents and chairs to areas where needed, managed walkie sign out sheets, took down and picked up food orders for crews, directed foot traffic on set etc.

Took responsibility of Craft services, went shopping for the craft service table staying within a 200 dollar per day budget, maintained Crafty table, assisted with moving film equipment, re arranged set props and furniture, used personal vehicle to do pick up/deliveries.
