Managed talent and construction schedules. Chased, secured, and managed delivery of trade out materials requested by contractors. Produced construction follow shoot days. C-cam and Timelapse operator. Managed tradeout grid and produced stills for deliverables. Worked with field team on creative, hot sheets, and coordinating locations and guest talent scheduling for full shoot days.

Led the preproduction team in building the house set, logistics, furniture placement, prop purchases, lighting, control room set-up, locating proper vendors to accommodate through the season. Directed and managed A-J cams on rotation during filming as teams traveled between two locations, House and Gym. Conducted OTF's. Took detailed and concise story notes. Worked with other producers to develop and follow story board. Strong attention to detail. Creatively researched and implemented ideas for challenges, pranks, etc. with our team of producers. Restored house to original condition and returned to homeowner upon completion of show.

Negotiated and completed trade outs via phone/email contact. Closed every deal with companies for materials requested by the show runner. Scheduled shoot days with talent and crew. Conducted OTF's. Took story notes when in the field and developed hotsheets. Helped with one sheets for each episode. Organized any equipment needs. Helped develop story lines. Shot with C300 and 5D when needed. Worked with R&D on future projects.

Coordinated with talent conducting meetings to stay up to date on daily film schedules, took field notes and summarized into hot sheets, directed three camera team A-C, helped with plan of action, scene development, OTF's, sit down interviews, camera operator at times, managed petty cash, logistics and gear package accountability, kept positive team morale and addressed everyone's needs to keep the focus on the tasks at hand with minimal distractions. Assisted with B-ROLL ideas. Also helped editors with information on releases, guest character development/relationships. Most important concern was to work well with Dog and Beth to logistically get what we needed story wise in a tumultuous atmosphere and keep my EP updated daily.

Communicate well with talent and team, log story details and develop summary of notes at the end of my shift, direct camera ops from a sense of developing story arcs, conducted OTF interviews, log hot story into Google docs, took field notes when needed, came up with creative ideas for outings/ challenges/ locational shooting, etc., daily meetings with producers and sometimes post to discuss what's needed to fill backstory or what needs to be followed to help complete an episode, troubleshoot issues to keep a steady flow with production, built trust with talent.

Manage PC float, write PO's, manage PA's logistically with purchases including picking up crew meals, troubleshooting any issues with the location, creating a list and purchasing crafty, document cast requests on excel spreadsheet and send in an email chain, communicate with cast any issues, great team player, communicating with entire staff to serve the needs of the show.
