Developed string outs, pre-planned story elements. Worked with Director of Photography on field gathering elements. Ensured all story elements were gathered during filming - including b-roll, interview content, and primary and secondary story elements.

I spent 4 months following dirt track racer Danny Hanson at home, at the race track and work to showcase his life and his competitiveness, and the world of dirt track racing. I shot, logged interviews, wrote segments, and edited them into a 24-minute documentary.

I shot footage for the segments, I logged interviews, wrote the segments, and then edited both individual segments and complete shows.

I researched the pharmaceutical industry extensively to learn more about the industry's productivity, profitability, quality of the drugs being produced, and impact of the industry on health care providers. I set up all interviews, conducted them, and wrote and edited 5 stories.

I conceived the 3-part news series which profiled three people with different mental illnesses, including Schizophrenia and Bipolar. I did the research, found the people to interview, interviewed them, wrote and edited the segments/series. The series won a media award.
