For this video, I was responsible for interviewing the client, which meant setting up lighting, operating camera, and setting up the audio equipment. I then continued on to shooting b-roll, editing, and coloring the project.

As the director, I worked creatively with all departments from start to finish, from the development and seeing it through post. I also worked very rigorously with the talent during pre-production and production.

As the First Assistant Camera, I was responsible for putting together the camera package, building the rig, testing equipment and cleaning the lenses. I also was responsible for pulling focus (it's PRETTY darn sharp) and prepping the build for our steadicam operator.

For this small shoot, I was in charge of all things camera, from testing and prepping the build the days before the shoot, to building the rigs and dolly setups. I also swung a little bit into G&E in order to keep production on schedule.

Was in charge of all things dolly for this one, had to lay out the track, level it myself, then push the operators along for each shot.

As a grip for this production, I was in charge of setting up large frames and bounces, flags, and swung over to Electric in order to help setup larger lighting rigs.

For this video, I interviewed the partners, shot b-roll, and did all of the editing on my own as well. A learning experience for sure!
