▪ Orchestrated projects from pre-production through delivery, overseeing all aspects of production and residual deliverables. Partnered with producers, Disney Safety and ABC Signature studio executives to lead Covid-19 health and safety planning in the workplace + Advised LP and UPM on studio protocols, CDC, CAL-OSHA, and best safety practices + Maintained constant communication directly with studio executives, Human Resources, Employee Relations, Labor, Union, and contact tracing staff + Responsible for extensive tracking of vaccination records and work eligibility + Ensured required health compliance training was implemented for all cast, crew and vendors + Established a Covid-19 testing schedule for all cast, crew and vendors + Created new safety guidelines and implemented the rollout of those guidelines to all departments + Established and led a team of supervisors and administrators in a newly created department + Developed and maintained a department budget which included testing and cleaning vendors, purchasing PPE and cleaning supplies, and staff salaries + Protected the delicate medical information of those who may be deemed positive or close contact while alerting production and studio executives of staff eligibility as needed

Responsible for liaising between production teams, talent management, and travel vendors to book all travel for field crew, human interest, and celebrity bookings for Emmy Award-winning daytime talk show. Booked all customized itineraries for gifted trips for show contestants to international destinations such as London, Sydney, and Tokyo as well as entire show staff and talent for Sydney, Melbourne, and NYC remotes.
