Coordinated the donation of all assets from the HBO series LOOKING. Created and maintained asset databases, tracked and scheduled donations across all departments.

Helped managed the production office with the Production Coordinator. Coordinated travel and accommodations for actors including negotiating hotel rates during a busy San Francisco convention season. Set up production office, handled POs and invoices, arranged craft service runs, set up auditions, coordinated crew vehicles and working trucks.

I currently produce, write and edit half hour shows for Cooking Light Magazine, Cycle World Magazine, Popular Science Magazine, and Newsy in 30. I also step in to cover vacations for our Associated Press Show. Coordinated shoots with talent. Maintained production office.

Shot, edited and created graphics for promotional video for the ASU GSV Education Innovation Summit app.

This was a two day shoot. I drove talent, ran errands, picked up props from various locations, and helped with set dressing.
