Organized and developed outreach programs reaching the youth of Hong Kong. Assisted Production Officer by reviewing contract correspondences and technical riders; and created a database of over 30 venue spaces used throughout the festival.

May 2012, Yale’s Commencement Musical, a 10-day process, with a budget of $16,000, a profit of $26,000, and reached an audience of over 1,200 people at a Broadway sized theater. Recruited a production staff of 30 and a crew of 100+ students.

Managed transportation, booked concerts, obtained housing, and organized events for a span of two weeks while traveling to New York, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington D.C., and Quito, Ecuador. Oversaw expenses of $20,000.

Arranged transportation to New Haven from California, booked concerts in San Diego, Los Angeles and San Francisco, and organized group housing and activities between concerts throughout the weeklong tour – profit of over $7,000.
