I edited news packages and features for NBC affiliates and provided quality control inspections of edited material presented to me by producers and editors. I taught Television Production and Video Editing classes as well as guide students to achieve in the fields in which they are interested.

I research and write about obscure actors/actresses and what they are currently doing. I also maintain fact accuracy.

I fulfilled NASCAR clients’ footage requests, edited NASCAR’s Automotive Group’s weekly Sprint Cup Series highlight, and built the graphics for the K & N Pro Series races which aired on the former SPEED Network. See my work at http://vimeo.com/ericaleighwhite.

I edited video for every newscast, and my primary responsibility was editing video for the 5:00 AM to 7:00 AM newscast. Additionally, I helped producers with script accuracy and visualization of newscasts and followed Federal Communications Commission guidelines and laws. I operated studio cameras and floor directed during live newscasts, edited and posted video to station’s website, and prepared the studio everyday for daily newscasts.
