• Responsible for the day-to-day production and delivery of ad based creative for air on linear and digital media platforms used to drive awareness for episodic, live event, and acquisition content. • Developed production plans and deliverables lists for 50+ brand creative campaigns and tracked each campaign’s progress in project management software and kept all network executives informed of progress. • Re-delivered 300+ video assets with revised design assets after executives wanted to A/B test a new creative look, mid-campaign, for a new series launch. • Assisted Coordinating Producer by ensuring all assets were approved by legal, ad standards, and executive producers and any notes were addressed prior to final delivery. • Archived scripts, promos, and design files in MediaSilo and local server and acted as the main point of contact for internal and external asset requests. • Scheduled video editors and audio editors with post department and submitted all ingest and encoding requests on behalf of producers. • Managed all administrative support functions like booking conference rooms, organizing lunches, reconciling invoices, preparing expense reports, organizing travel, and any other ad-hoc tasks as requested by the Executive Producer. • Some projects include: Racing Wives, The Busch Family Brewed, Nashville Squares, CMT Artists of the Year, CMT Crossroads, and Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders Making the Team.
