Faith Rugen

As back of house manager/model coordinator for Fashion X, I am responsible for the pre-production documentation of model schedules, assigning models to designers, fitting schedules, and creating model tear sheets. I am in charge of coordinating with models regarding the event, as well as managing the show day schedule of fittings, hair and makeup, and any necessary coordination and liasing with the designers. In addition, during run of show, I am in communication with the lead producer sending models out on to the runway and ensuring all quick changes and transitions are running smoothly.

Help with load in and out, transportation for crew to and from locations, general set errands

Drive crew vehicles, assist with gear loading and set up, obtain releases, make runs as needed, pickup crew meals as well as daily DIT of media to hard drives
