Assist in making sure talent is prepped and ready prior to filming. Coordinate hair appointments, wardrobe, make-up, food. Maintain talent wardrobe. Solve problems that arise with talent. For footage that required travel, I was responsible for traveling with talent. Ensuring talents had all necessary transportation, documentation, wardrobe, and supplies.

Create look book for each character per scene. Contact each cast member to discuss looks and coordinate wardrobe. Shop for any needed wardrobe. Work with cast on set to ensure wardrobe accuracy and solve any wardrobe problems that arise.

As an Office PA I was responsible for making sure office was clean and stocked with all office supplies. Print out film schedule for production crew. I wrote up POs, recorded them in grid, make copies, and filed them. Administrative task. I was also responsible for crew meal.

As a casting PA I directed contestants into building, helped them with release, as well as assist associate producer while on set.
