I was a hybrid of a UPM and Location Manager on this Independent Feature we made during the strike. A lot of outdoor work in the heat, but we got it done. I handled all aspects of physical production, scouted and secured the locations, permitted the locations, did the vendor orders, and handled the coordination of drop off and pickups. I also kept the budgets in line and handled crew needs on a daily basis.
