Worked with a team responsible for planning and producing the Airbnb Open in Los Angeles, California. Completed administrative tasks, primarily focusing on budget tracking, data entry and calendar management. Developed tactics and strategies to market the event through social media and other outlets. Staffed bi-coastally, working out of both New York and Los Angeles offices.

Organize travel accommodations for cast, crew and production executives and assist the production crew as required, including running errands. Serve as a communication facilitator between production staff to ensure on and off camera satisfaction and distribute edited scripts throughout the filming process.

Staffed as a publicity assistant for the FOX Upfront Presentation (2016). Worked alongside FOX’s publicity team to ensure the success of the red carpet event. Introduced celebrity talent to various news networks for on-camera interviews. Ushered talent to photo ops for the promotion of FOX Network’s upcoming and returning shows.

Worked alongside producers and film crew throughout the live taping of the show and developed screening reports for producers to determine audience demographic. Assisted post production by monitoring recordings during tapings. Distributed monologue tickets for Seth Meyers' pre show rehearsal.
