Assist producers in production, writing, and editing for one to two shows weekly in a ten-month season. Handle pre-production, script/introduction writing, maintain guest relationships, find and pitch stories to producers in short turn around, and establish and manage budgets. Delegate tasks to assistants and interns; oversee guest travel, entertainment, and wardrobe requirements. - Chosen to book and produce own show resulting from producing a successful off-location package that aired during November 2016 sweeps. - Promoted from Production Assistant to Junior Associate Producer in eight months, and to full Associate Producer in a year. - Created various new forms used in pre-production planning which significantly improved overall staff organization. - Trained a new employee and several interns on booking stories and show day operations.

Worked on wide range of production tasks including securing and briefing guests, and conducting taping piece interviews. Booked guests for six shows that aired during the November, February, and May sweeps.

Assisted producers and associate producers in show day operations each week for the ten-month season. Responsible for booking stories and ensuring guest travel, wardrobe, entertainment, and lodging accommodations were prioritized. - Persevered at pitching a story to producer, who initially rejected it, then agreed to produce it after hearing formal pitch. The story aired as the premiere show of the February 2015 sweeps, raising the executive producer’s awareness, and resulting in getting promoted.
