• Provide detailed research for unscripted series and specials • Find and gain access to cast through social media, classified advertisements, news articles etc. • Stay attune to trends in reality TV and pop culture at large • Conduct in-person, Skype and telephone casting interviews • Create and maintain tracking grids of cast members for a variety of different projects as well as detailed tracking grids of all projects in development • Write pitches, loglines, one-sheets, character biographies and contributed to series bibles for unscripted series and specials • Pitch original ideas and content • Create string-outs for sizzles on Avid • Procure b-roll, still shots and archival footage for sizzles

• Maintained the robust appointment calendars for four executives • Scheduled internal meetings, external meetings, luncheons, dinners • Acted as liaison between Lucky 8 and numerous network executives, talent and agencies • Managed travel, invoices and scheduled for a number of conferences, including both Realscreen West and East • Maintained the cuts schedule for a number of different series in production • Provided research support for series concepts in development
