On location Production Coordinator in a very remote and rural town. Responsible for booking and managing cast and crew travel both for background packages and six episode show. Worked with the Production Manager and Line Producer on payroll through Entertainment Partners. Managed large PC float for Line Producer as well as all of the Production Assistants. Organized catered meals for three crews. Produced call sheets, gear lists, and travel memos.

Product Coordinator for the brand product. Worked with the agency and client to track and organize the product to hand to wardrobe in an effort to properly categorize the invenotry.

Booked and managed travel for cast and crew internationally and domestically. Travel memos, call sheets, PC Reports, Expense Reports, Accounting audits and edits, Credit Card reports, Payroll audits and edits through Entertainment Partners.

Field PA - Appearance, location, and materials releases, assistance with gear, assistance with meals and crafty. Office PA - Organization of Production Coordinator's paperwork, general maintence of office space, going on runs for both the office and upcoming shoots, answering phones, assistance with releases and travel.

Assistance with archival imagry, assistance with catalouging of artists' original work, assistance with organization of reseach, going on runs, general maintence of office space.
