Assisted the accounting department wrap out. Performed petty cash, check request, and production credit card audits. Was in contact with vendors to make sure all POs and work orders were paid in full. Organized all files and prepared them to be shipped to the studio accounting department.

Ability to multitask efficiently while assisting with any and all Art Department and Set Decorating Department tasks, including: budget tracking, keeping track of rentals, purchase orders, check requests, petty cash, invoices, cost reports, errands, and coordinating with vendors. Skilled with Adobe Photoshop, set dressing, purchasing set decorations, and graphic design.

Capturing and converting large volumes of media and completing the sound a picture edit of several trailers and promotional reels for the festival.

Capturing and transcoding HD footage from multiple cameras, organizing and syncing footage, utilizing Final Cut Pro 7.
