Join YouTube supergroup Our 2nd Life (O2L) as they embark upon their 2014 North American tour. This 95-minute adventure captures their launch into the next level of stardom while they try to stay grounded and maintain authentic connections with the communities that started it all.

• Responsible for properties in a variety of genres including ancillary and derivative content. • Day to day consultation with creators and showrunners to develop ideas, pitches, ancillary/digital etc. • Developed & maintained relationships with broadcasters, co-producers, agents / managers, and creative talent; negotiated and implemented agreements for showrunners, writers, directors and lead cast.

Discovered and developed original material; supervised on-set production through two seasons, providing oversight and approvals for scripts, budgets, schedules and creative decisions; including managing casting and talent development as well as selection of key crew positions.

• Managed careers of seven actors in Los Angeles (ages 17-24). *Built working relationships with agents across North America including Canada. •Contributed to Dolphin’s website, a resource for young actors, parents and teachers. • Participated on judging panels for talent competitions (local & regional), EdTA (local & national) competitions, and pageants (local & regional).

Oversaw US casting for Dolphin properties; built relationships with talent agents & managers across North America including Toronto and Vancouver. • Co-produced weekend acting workshops, booking talent & speakers, location, scheduling sessions & marketing; Clients included non-profit organizations such as EdTA & Miss America’s Outstanding Teen. • Developed/taught workshop curriculum for students (ages 12-18).

Responsible for running castings, booking and client relations for commercials, print, music videos and independent film on national, regional, and international levels.
