Responsible for all things payroll. This includes filling out accurate Exhibit G's, actor's time sheets, non-union time sheets, and the time sheets for crew. Particularly paying attention on set to avoid meal penalties. Also in charge of making sure the cast and crew have signed their contracts.

As an office PA, I logged inventory of product goods to be used in a Macy's commercial via excel. Then I assisted in the packaging of items to be sent to the location. Additionally ran errands to get bubble wrap, peanuts, and more boxes.

Responsible for tracking continuity in the film. Additionally filed reports and took notes for post-production.

Transcoded Red Epic footage into ProRes 422 HQ files. Shipped hard drives to editor in CA.

In charge of all aspects of production from managing the budget, assembling the cast and crew, organizing the production schedule, generating press coverage, and other duties.
