My major function as a producer is to manage the creative and business process, provide effective leadership and communication, and foster a positive, inspiring work culture. This involves collaborating with executives/creative team to define goals and needs, hiring the best people; providing the right resources/information; establishing systems and procedures, supervising daily and long term administration, operation, accounting and content; and optimizing schedules and budgets to create a production of maximum value and quality. With integrity, respect and appreciation of all stakeholders’ interests, I foster a positive, collaborative work culture which inspires community, high morale and exceptional work, including the successful twenty year run of a late night tv franchise.
