I organized all the cast and crew. I was in charge of telling where everyone was supposed to be, making sure that all the equipment was in order, bringing food and water to the cast and crew members. Bringing coffee for everyone as well. I created work sheets, made availability sheets for everyone, created spreadsheets of the cast and crew's information.
