❖ High volume of phone calls (cold calling included)
❖ Brief talent with key talking points prior to taping.
❖ Liaison between Producer on set and the Director and A.D in control room.
❖ Write casting advertisements to generate story leads and talent.
❖ Write onesheets, taped package voiceover scripts, chyrons, and rundowns.
❖ Experienced in managing weekly $10,000 show budget (travel, media, props and talent wardrobe)
❖ License and clear images, video, stock footage and audio elements from talent, news, networks,
photographers, courthouses and police departments.
❖ Work with postsupervisors and editors to design show graphics and taped packages.
❖ Provide clearly written guidelines of script and visual elements for post edit sessions.
❖ Field Production: Scout locations, produce recreations, shoot b-roll.
❖ Manage release forms (materials, locations and guest releases etc)
❖ Coordinate audience book and gadget giveaways for brand integration segments.
❖ Comfortable using Lexisnexis database.
❖ Tape-day: (live-to-tape) Provide the in-house legal consultant, Assistant Director and Director with all scripted materials (show run-downs, photo-grids and chyrons).
