Coordinated the rental, usage, maintenance and incident reporting of 50 vehicles and served as liaison with Enterprise Car and Truck Rentals, Ryder Truck Rental and S&P Parking of Portland. Collaborated with the Assistant Directors on special transportation logistics and production assistant lockup needs. Administered and reconciled PCard transactions and receipts with the Accounting Department. Served as liaison for the Production Department to handle and resolve the needs of the Art, Grip & Electric, Tech & Audio, Camera, Talent, Wardrobe, Hair & Make-Up, Culinary, Executive Producers, Challenge Producers, Field Producers, Assistant Directors and Covid / Catering Departments.
