Production Accounting Manager overseeing a team of 6. -Working with executive producers during the entire timeline of a project. From budget approval to final delivery, internally and with networks, staying within budget. - Oversee freelance production teams on project set-up, payment processing, access to payroll systems, and close-out of TV series and various productions. - Work with business affairs on the financial aspects of production contracts and ATL personnel payments. - Produce weekly cash flows, payment schedules and invoicing for funding with networks and corporate finance. - Track actuals on budgets and interface with producers (internal and external). - Oversee proper reconciliation and coding of departmental petty cash, credit cards, and invoicing for assigned productions. - Ensure compliance with the Company’s financial policies/procedures on both union and non-union productions.
