Kevin Hallagan

I was an assistant to grip and electrical department, camera department and art department to set up and tear down during a commercial shoot with the musician known as Becky G.

Walkie distribution, lockups, background wrangling, intern supervision, sanitation, and helping other departments (eg. Camera, G&E, Art) when needed.

I operated one of two cameras, following real-time direction via headset.

In addition to general set responsibilities, I mainly assisted with audio recording and lighting setups.

Transportation of talent and various on-set responsibilities

Root From Rust was a non-fiction solo endeavor. I did everything from writing and fundraising, to shooting. Editing was a remote collaboration between myself and Julia Jin through file sharing programs and clone hard drives

I assisted the Culinary Department by making and decorating baked goods, and the Art Department by renovating the featured bakery.
