Go on runs, talent wrangler, organize and log petty cash and p-card receipts, coordinate and manage catering, manage and handle non discloser agreements, handle inventory on food and beverages needed for crafty,

Duties include but are not limited to: Scanning and maintaining files on all p-card and petty cash users and purchases, opening and maintaining AP files, POs, payroll, employee start work, contracts, W-9, voided checks, distro changes, accounts payable posting reports, A/P check register, contracts, etc.
