Managed screening calendar -- coordinated with 50 plus people working on the distribution of the film, Innocent Voices. Kept tabs on the schedules of the producers, actors, publicist, art work designers and financiers to successfully release the film in 14 large markets the first week and in a total of 28 markets. Rotated 14 prints (copies of the movie) through 200 screenings in 45 days while managing last minute screening additions, lost or damaged prints, late print arrivals, and Hurricane Katrina, where we lost 8 prints. Served as the main office contact for over 45 publicists on issues ranging from key art, actor and producer information, to any changes in marketing plan and/or release date information.
