Reviewed auditions tapes, selected subject’s for the casting director’s approval, liaised with schools nationwide to hold casting calls and clear locations, researched, screened and interviewed experts to appear on camera as coaches and trainers

Handled all audience related duties including ticket requests, audience check-in, orderly seating and clearing of studio audience, responsible for office duties such as filing, faxing, copying, clearing phone lines

Worked with casting directors on a variety of projects including Broadway, Off-Broadway, Television, Film and Commercials, put out appointments, assisted in sessions, organized and filed actor’s headshots, scheduled actor auditions, logged in commercial sessions and compiled packages for creative teams, read during auditions, performed general administrative duties
