Gather and switch out media from Sound and Contestants. Make sure Producers and Crew has IFB's and Walkies. Order vehicles for Crew and Cast Prep and Print Call Sheets based on Schedule. Buy items needed for Props and help scout and find locations. Hire and Schedule P.A.'s. Order equipment as needed for Crew.
