After intro emails went out, I would follow up with a email to set-up testing. Which also included having them uploading and review and or send off Vax cards for verification. Once verified I would then update their testing time and location, in the grid shared with testers. They would verify. I'd send out conf. emails with specific's about testing. After they tested, I receive conf. from testers, then update the grid, that testing was done. For non concierge people I would find testing areas near their provided address. Set-up testing for them and confirm there testing dates and time. For celebs and cast that tested at studio: Send out reminders after tests were scheduled for the stage. On the actual day: Go over and update testing lists with testing vendor. Escort them into testing room and check off on my grid when they test. Find anyone missing in the building and get them tested. Close Contact testing: Go over anyone in this group, make sure they're quarantined and they take the appropriate tests at the appropriate time.
