My responsibilities included scheduling interviews, booking travel for prospective employees, managing several employees calendars, heavy phone coverage, planning for the company's Open House, attending and contributing to numerous meetings.

As part of the operations staff at Ithaca College my responsibilities included heavy phone coverage, answering any questions students, staff, or community members had about the college and campus guiding newcomers around the campus, and setting up for all events that took place on the campus and striking those events.

As a social media intern, my duties consisted of gaining fans on social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter, keeping all of our social media websites up to date, conducting interviews and posting them on our websites, and gaining a fan base for our agency members.
