Taking care of logistics while the artist is on tour (or on the road). Making sure that everything on the road is provided for as spelled out in the contract and all monies are paid on time. Following up on items ;accommodations, per diems, advances/deposits, rentals, commissions etc.

Relaying final details, answers questions, gets approvals and signatures on contracts and distributes copies to the appropriate in-house personnel. Handling hotel and transportation arrangements and any necessary details such as electricity, water or stage furniture, security. In addition, assisting with the planning, facilitation, and support of all special events.

Performing small but important tasks in the office, around the set and on location. Also duties may involve anything from office administration to crowd control, and from public relations to cleaning up locations.
