As an associate producer, hired/managed 45 PA's , create d an infrastructure for 20,000 audience members to attend Season 6 of BattleBots, equipment rental/vendor management, food vendors, managed front of house ( concert style) for entire shoot ( security, ushers, ticketing, parking, merch, etc...). Managed safety protocol for PA nation of 45 PA's plus created a system for the more than 400 cast members to check in. Budget and accounting reconciliation as well as time cards, breaks, and parking ( created, managed and executed a paid parking system for all attendees ( parking team with paid parking plus barricades of about 6 blocks). Overall site/operations management. Attained local resources for the production team including vinyl wrapping the studio, signage for site plus external signage, advertising truck services.
