-­‐‑ Responsible for outreach; utilizing all social media, relevant companies, and innovative ways of connecting with people. -­‐‑ Screened and produced initial applicants to weed out the individuals who did not fit the overall vision for the show. -­‐‑ Produced, interviewed and edited applicant videos to create succinct and digestible character packages. -­‐‑ Worked with talent to obtain releases, identification information, and relevant content for one sheets. -­‐‑ Collaborated with Producers to develop character profiles and create potential story arches.

Conducted outreach to find Astrophysicists and screened applicants in order to pitch well rounded characters to the producers.

• Researched subjects, secured talent through general and targeted outreach, resulting in 6 of the 10 greenlit characters. • Skyped all potential subjects and time-­‐‑coded each interview for sound bites and highlights. • Edited each Skype to create a succinct story and a unique and pitchable character.

• Brainstormed with producers on general show concepts and format. • Responsible for research, resulting in the discovery of characters that received their own show on TLC. • Coordinated and produced contestants for field shoots.

• Created an efficient system for licensing, tracking, and reporting all third party content. • Negotiated rights and terms in third party agreements to secure the lowest possible rate. • Acted as a liaison between the Bravo Network and the production company. • Managed and tracked music licensing requests between multiple publishing societies.
