-Assists Production in both office and on-set duties, including arranging meetings (set-up, notes, etc.), making runs, managing expenses, ordering/delivering meals, and attending to various needs throughout the production process -Keeps all current and incoming scripts up-to-date -Conducts various administrative tasks, including shipping, photocopying, and maintaining electronic files

-Supports the Producer/Writer in administrative tasks, including handling travel and shipping needs, maintaining electronic files, and helping coordinate catering -Managing mail, email, and phone call correspondence -Copies and collates scripts and ensures that the scripts remain updated as new drafts arrive -Transcribing new notes for current and upcoming scripts

Tracked/filed/updated new and incoming scripts for Resident Writers, provided support in Production and Stage Management for upcoming readings and workshops, composed contact lists of actors/directors, filed legal and financial documents for workshop participants, and performed various administrative duties for Staff (photocopying, planning travel, inventory, etc.)
