Assist Producer with casting talent, coordinate with artist and artist management, hire crew, reserve equipment rentals, create call sheets, create location and parking maps, maintain production report, create and maintain purchase orders, manage payroll and paperwork, help Producer maintain budget, manage P.A.'s, and organize wrap book for production company accounting

• Coordinate and facilitate all aspects of film production • Develop scripts/concepts and stories • Create production schedules • Create budgets for filming • Track production cost and progress • Hire cast & crew

• Transcribe/Log notes in the field • Write Hot Sheets to be delivered to network

• Write one sheets • Transcribe and string-out casting footage • Cold call 50+ companies a day • Solicit & pitch show to various multi-million dollar companies • Research and identify appropriate candidates for show • Develop and maintain strong relationships with CEOs & PR contacts • Coordinate meetings for VP of Casting, executives, & CEOs • Organize all incoming appearance releases
