At Newegg, I assist customers with a variety of inquiries and requests. This may range from questions on how to utilize the tools on the Newegg.com website to starting the returns process for customer purchases. I always keep a positive attitude as I create solutions for our customers.

I assisted the Director of Education and Outreach promote our educational programming to Southern California Educators. This involved drafting study guides, communicating with educators, and prepare for education related events.

At the Law office of Kenneth J Pilla, I started as an Office assistant where I was responsible for digitizing documents and filing client files. When promoted to Case Manager, I made sure that each client's case had all the evidence prepared and all the proper documentation submitted.

I would make sure the audio was ready for performances, operated the audio equipment during performances, and properly shut down the equipment when the house is clear.

I assisted the Sound Designer with Loading in audio equipment and patched the channels. I would also check all audio equipment and wireless mics, operate audio equipment, and properly shut down equipment and maintained wireless mics.

Assist the Sound Designer in implementing his sound design, and operate audio equipment during performances. I would assist with the scenic change overs in between performances. At the end of the performance runs, I would assist with striking with the rest of the company.
