Produce and project manage a variety of health, wellness and benefits-related videos for dozens of clients at a time. Consult with the client to determine the concept for the video, write the video script, direct the shoot and work with a team of editors to deliver the video partners' needs, whether it is a hosted video with graphics or a fully animated video with character animation.

Oversaw all production within ZMG: from original content under the flagship brand, Buzz60, to white-label brands for clients like Yahoo!, AOL and Hearst. This made for an average of 100 videos weekly that went through me. Focused on scouring the web for viral, trending and breaking stories to turn into compelling videos to deliver to our partner sites. Managed a team of hosts, producers, APs, editors and writers and was responsible for hiring all members of the production team. Analyzed video metrics to determine which verticals performed the best, and used knowledge to develop production guidelines - including the decision to raise Lifestyle production by 10%. Achievements: - Led the editorial team to a company record high 373 million views in 2014. - Produced a video on the best costume ideas from social media in 2014 that remains ZMG's highest viewed piece ever on AOL, with 4,375,100 views. - Responsible for creating and producing several new brands including "Don't Miss," a daily tune-in program. - Promoted to Senior Producer after 6 months.

Morning Producer at News 12 in New York. As the first person in the newsroom Monday through Friday, I was responsible for deciding which overnight story should have a reporter live on scene. Managed the reporters, assigned stories, wrote stories to go on air, stacked the show, edited reporter's copy, oversaw all video and graphic elements, and executed the show in the control room. Updated stories on Facebook and Twitter.

Produced the noon and 5:30 p.m. shows, Monday through Friday at the ABC affiliate in Gainesville, FL. Pitched story ideas, stacked and wrote compelling stories for each newscast, and executed the show from the control room. Trained new producers and editors. Used social media as a way to build brand awareness and drive people to the website by updating the station's Twitter and Facebook accounts multiple times a day.
