• Content and line produce live, direct to catalogue, and location shoots. Work with instructors to develop compelling content for workshops. Track and influence KPIs while reaching out to new target audiences. Work across teams to ensure successful completion of production.

• Develop and manage the technical production schedule including crew scheduling, set dressing, lighting, and set blocking for live and direct to catalogue productions • Direct and supervise the technical crew for productions including camera crews, lighting crews, and grips. Maintain all camera, lighting, and technical equipment • Consult with content producer, line producer, instructors, and hosts to efficiently support and capture content based on script and technical production needs. Provide project management for all post-production editing and mixing of pro-duction content

• Producer/director of scripted, theatrical, and web-based productions • Creative direction of productions including script development, casting/talent acquisition, production design, and story line creation. Establish and create a production schedule to maintain and support productions. Employing key staff and crew to support productions. Oversee post-production process and final content distribution • Develop and maintain budgets for each production.
