Using Final Cut Pro 7 and now upgraded to 10.1. I am the lead editor. I transcode footage into proper folders, organize and sync audio, and then edit. I also shoot in the field a little bit. We use DSLR's. I'm skilled with the steady cam, jib, mono pod, and 3 point lighting.
