Assisted 2nd Unit Director/Stunt Coordinator in all aspects of coordinating his department including: helping to set up the stunt office with the necessary supplies; hiring/casting stunt players and executing their contracts with production; coordinating with travel and accommodation to ensure all hires arrived on location in time for rehearsals and work; keeping track of all stunt performers call times, wrap times, meal penalties etc on time cards (exhibit G); assisting with script breakdown and tracking changes to update and track ever changing budgets; typing and distributing shot lists and beats for stunt performers and stunt choreographers; scheduling and tracking all meetings and keeping shared calendars up to date ; forging relationships and deals with equipment rentals and sales companies to ensure good prices and timely delivery and pick up in order to coincide with ever changing schedules and budget constraints; taking notes during weekly production meetings and typing and distributing them to necessary parties; keeping track of petty cash expenses and creating expense reports; assisting on set during big stunt sequences to ensure stunt players went through hair, makeup, wardrobe etc and were on set in a timely manner for rehearsals and shooting.
