‣ Hybrid Development/Current role. Develop, sell and Produce both internally developed and externally procured ideas for NBCUniversal-owned networks as well as all major network, cable and OTT buyers. ‣ Tasked with building a reliable development pipeline by managing existing team members and getting them up to speed with all facets of development, from ideation, to presentation, pitching and beyond.

‣ Developed, presented and pitched unscripted formats to all network and cable buyers, working directly with Arthur Smith, Toby Gorman (President) and Rupert Dobson (Head of Development). ‣ Development includes The Titan Games, American Ninja Warrior, Hell’s Kitchen, Mental Samurai, unannounced Netflix cooking competition.

‣ Created, wrote and presented large-scale network, major cable, syndicated TV and OTT formats, working directly with Endemol Shine’s SVPs, President and CEO. Formats sold to CBS, NBC, Fox, major cable networks, YouTube Red and Snapchat. ‣ Development includes MasterChef, MasterChef Jr, Family Food Fight, Hunted, Big Brother, Deal or No Deal, Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, The Biggest Loser, Fear Factor, Bullseye, Page Six TV, Best.Cover.Ever (YouTube), Yes Theory (Snapchat).

‣ Developed, presented and pitched unscripted content for the Zodiak Media Group. ‣ Co-showrunner for non-airing TBS pilot. Showrunner for Travel Channel presentation pilot in Guatemala. Oversaw all aspects of pre-production, production and post-production for sizzle reels and paid development, including casting, Showrunner and Producer roles on set, noting cuts and managing deliverables. ‣ Development includes Celebrity Wife Swap, The Secret Millionaire, Killer Karaoke, Mexico’s Next Top Model.
