Responsible for setting up and running the production office, supervising PAs, assisting line producer/producers with assembling and building crew, obtaining bids and placing orders for equipment and services, communicates with the set, vendors, agents/managers, talent and handled all production related insurance matters.

Responsible for reporting all financial production issues and changes to the network, budgeting, cost reporting, maintaining cash flow, reconciling bank statement and credits cards, check requisition and vendor invoice processing, etc.
