Keeping up to date copy of scripts and distributing them to cast and crew, organize props before and after rehearsals and performances, update Stage Manager of any notes during rehearsals,

Calling Sound and Light cues during performances, keeping cast and crew up to date on any schedule or location changes, rehearsal and performance reports daily, notate blocking, and setting up/striking props and equipment before and after all performances.

Maintain schedules of rehearsals/performances. Notified via phone/e-mail relevant parties changes in schedules. Maintained list of props/costumes, and accounted for props after performances. Managed rehearsals when stage manager was absent. Assisted with set up and storage of light/sound equipment.

Set up props and set pieces before each performance and ensured they were put away at the end of each show. Assisted with striking the show at the end of the run: storing costumes, props, set pieces, painted the stage.

Copying scrips and delivering them to the cast,organizing rehearsal schedules, organizing and preparing props, blocking, calling cues during the show, notifying actors of any changes to schedule or location during rehearsals.

Preparing the space before every rehearsal and performance, assisted actors with costume changes, maintained list of props, made sure props and set pieces were accounted, blocking, took notes during production meetings when stage manager was unavailable.
